Description 

Dipping glaze for stoneware. Fires between 1210 °C and 1280 °C (cone 5 to 10). Can be sprayed and used for oxidation, reduction, etc. Since clays can vary and have different properties, we recommend testing the glaze on a small piece of the clay you want to use. Different results at different temperatures. The bag contains powder that should be mixed with water according to the instructions. The bag contains 4,5 kg of powder and yields approximately 4,5 liters of finished glaze.

Information 

Cone 6 oxidation (1230°C): Mayco’s Cone 6 Clear glaze adds a brilliantly clear, smooth gloss finish to your work. Perfect for stoneware and porcelain bodies, one to two to coats is all that is needed.

Cone 10 reduction (1280°C): No Change.

TIP: Heavy application may increase the incidence of crazing. Reduce the amount of glaze deposited by loading your brush less heavily or decrease the number of brushing coats applied.
