Description

The gel plate is used to easily transfer your own designs or screen-printed designs onto all kinds of surfaces and substrates. This technique is also known as gel printing or mono printing.

The gel plate can be used with any paint, underglazes, oxides, or engobes. The plates are soft and 8 mm thick.

Instructions:

Remove the plastic protective films from the gel plate.

Apply the silkscreen print or your own design using underglazes or any paint of your choice to one side of the gel plate.

Roll a ceramic mug, for example, over the gel plate to transfer the design to the mug.

Clean the gel sheet with water and replace the plastic protective films on both sides of the gel sheet. 

The gel sheet can be used over and over again.
