Giessfix 162 is a deflocculant for ceramic production, primarily intended for casting slips. It reduces viscosity by weakening the electrical attraction between clay particles, resulting in a more fluid consistency. It can also be used as a dispersing agent for clay bodies and glazes, and may help maintain or slow the rate of shrinkage. Contains silicic acid and sodium salt. 1 kg powder.
