Description

The Giffin Grip Mini is a fast and efficient pottery trimming tool designed for potters who want to save time when trimming leather-hard clay. Its soft, adjustable grips automatically center and secure your pottery, eliminating the need for manual re-centering and allowing you to start trimming immediately.

Ideal for mugs, bowls and other small forms, the Mini can hold pieces as small as 5/8" (1.6 cm) in diameter.

The Giffin Grip Mini Standard works in both clockwise and counterclockwise directions and includes:

The plate measures 28 cm (11") in diameter and is compatible with wheel heads using 6" (15.24 cm) or 10" (25.4 cm) bat pin spacing.

As a compact, lower-profile version of the Giffin Grip Model 10, the Mini mounts directly to the wheel head using bat pins instead of bottom brackets. It is compatible with most standard pottery wheels, including Brent, Shimpo, Creative Industries, Pacifica, Soldner, Lockerbie, Randall, Thomas Stuart, Max and many more.
