Description

This primer is used to seal surfaces both indoors and outdoors and is the perfect base when you want to ensure that old paint or similar materials do not bleed through. It works on all types of surfaces and is an excellent primer for acrylic projects both indoors and outdoors. For outdoor use, the primer can be mixed directly with the desired acrylic paint (1:1), eliminating the need for a clear varnish for the project. It is water-based, non-toxic, and transparent. Should not be used inside birdbaths, pools, or fountains.
