Pink Sunset is a glossy glaze in a medium pink shade that won’t disappoint you! Perfect for use on its own or in combination with other Studio Plus glazes to create unique colors. Pink Sunset is used at temperatures between Cone 06 and 6 (1000–1240°C), and the color remains consistent throughout the firing range. This glaze provides a translucent finish with one coat and becomes fully opaque with 2–3 coats of normal thickness.

Result at Cone 06 (1000°C): Glossy, deep, soft pink

Result at Cone 6 (1240°C): Glossy, deep, soft pink

Recommended number of coats: 1 standard coat for translucency, 2–3 coats for an opaque finish

Notes: At Cone 5/6 (1210–1240°C), the color retains its hue but may shift and/or change depending on the number of coats, temperature, and the thickness of the application. Test tiles are recommended for all colors and combinations when firing at medium temperatures.
