Raspberry Mist - Dry
Description
Dipping glaze for stoneware. Fires between 1210 °C and 1280 °C (cone 5 to 10). Can be sprayed and used for oxidation, reduction, etc. Since clays can vary and have different properties, we recommend testing the glaze on a small piece of the clay you want to use. Different results at different temperatures. The bag contains powder that should be mixed with water according to the instructions. The bag contains 4,5 kg of powder and yields approximately 4,5 liters of finished glaze.

Information
Cone 6 oxidation (1230°C): Raspberry Mist is a gloss, semi-opaque glaze that displays shades of dark and light pink. The variation of glaze depends on application. The thicker the application, the more homogenous the color will be. The glaze will break translucent and appear brighter with thinner application.
Cone 10 reduction (1280°C): Color darkens to a deep red.

TIP: Over application of Raspberry Mist can cause pinholing. Brighter color and less variation at cone 5.
Safety
Can be irritating, harmful to health, and environmentally hazardous.
