Screenprint Medium
Description
Mayco's silkscreen powder acts as a thickener for glazes and acrylic paints, transforming them into screen printing inks. Add the powder to the glaze or acrylic paint, which will then take on a creamy consistency and can be used with all screen printing techniques and stencils. The thick consistency of the ink prevents it from bleeding when used with stencils. 75 g of powder.

Information
Scoop a generous dollop of glaze onto a plate or palette. Sprinkle a pinch of KT-MAC-310 Silkscreen Medium over the glaze and let it sit for 10–15 seconds. Mix with a palette knife until the mixture is smooth and lump-free. If the mixture is still too thin, add a small amount of Silkscreen Medium sparingly to thicken it. If the mixture is too thick, add a small amount of glaze. Mix again and adjust as needed. The final consistency should be roughly like smooth peanut butter. Apply the color with your finger or an extra-soft silicone rib.
