Description

Sterling silver wire (SV925) from Art Clay, intended for making rings or loops. The silver wire should be soft-annealed at 800°C with a 5-minute hold. After this, the wire becomes bendable and can be shaped into round forms, such as rings. The ends can then be joined with silver paste and fired once more at 800°C to harden the paste, or soldered. The wires are 10 cm long and approximately 0.2–0.3 cm wide.
