Description

DecoArt's SoSoft textile paint medium can be mixed into SoSoft paints to make the paint transparent or used as a transparent base to make it easier to apply SoSoft paint to fabric. It is permanent and does not require heat treatment. Once dry, the paint is extremely flexible and soft. Allow to dry for 48-72 hours, then wash inside out on a gentle cycle. We recommend drying on a clothesline or in a tumble dryer on low heat. 59 ml.

This fabric paint has been tested to give excellent results on fabric, canvas, and many flexible surfaces.

We recommend natural fabrics such as cotton, cotton blends, wool, linen, and silk as the best options for fabric dyeing. Natural fabrics absorb the dye much better than synthetic fabrics, giving a richer and more durable result. 

100% cotton is the best substrate. SoSoft has been tested on 60/40 cotton/polyester blends with very good results. Most fabrics work well, but extra care may be needed when washing synthetic fabrics. SoSoft is very flexible, but the more stretchy the substrate, the greater the risk that the dye will eventually crack.
