Description

Snow Gems is a product based on SG302 Snowfall and enhanced with colorful crystals. Snow Gems can be applied with a brush or palette knife to create various textural effects and accents in your designs. Snow Gems delivers consistent performance from cone 06 to 10 (999°C–1280°C). 473 ml

Information

Shake well and stir before and between each application to keep the crystals in suspension and achieve even crystal coverage. Apply 3 even coats with a brush to bisque-fired, leather-hard earthenware or stoneware. To add color, brush a layer of any Stroke & Coat® or Foundations® color over Snow Gems or mix small amounts into the product. Allow to dry between layers. Fire to cone 06–10 (999 °C–1280 °C).

Cone 06 (1000°C):Creates a white, textured surface with green and blue crystals.

Cone 6 (1230°C): No change.

Cone 10 (1280°C) reduction:Color of crystals slightly fade.
