Type K thermocouple with 8-gauge wire, 5.125" (13 cm) long, with four 1" × 1/2" (approx. 2.5 × 1.3 cm) cylindrical ceramic insulators.

A thermocouple is a temperature sensor available in many different designs. Carefully check your existing thermocouple and compare it with the image and measurements on our website before ordering. This thermocouple fits Evenheat ceramic kilns, except DeLuxe models.

Installation: The thermocouple is marked with a red dot. The red wire from the kiln controller must be connected to the side of the thermocouple with the red dot. Incorrect connection may result in inaccurate temperature readings or improper operation.
