Mokunensan is an air-drying wood clay ideal for modelling small objects and jewellery components. After drying, it can be painted with acrylic or lacquer paints. It is especially popular as a core material for creating hollow silver jewellery and ceramic pieces when working with silver clay.

This wood clay is perfect for building and shaping an inner core for hollow forms. Allow it to dry completely (approx. 3 days at room temperature) before decorating with silver clay, syringe clay or paste. Fire from a cold kiln. During firing, the wood core burns away completely, leaving the finished hollow silver or ceramic object. Not recommended for firing in a HotPot or with a butane torch.

Made from 100% recycled wood chip scrap from pencil production. It consists of wood fibres, PVA and a small amount of titanium dioxide. Safe and non-toxic. Content: 300 g.
