Description

Silky underglazes are underglazes from Laguna that are shaken before use and applied in 2-3 layers to leatherware or bisque with a soft brush. They can be fired at 1044°C (and 1210°C-1240°C with possible color and texture variations). The examples are made on white clay and at 1044°C in combination with EM-2134 clear glaze. Test firing is recommended. As a clear glaze, we recommend for earthenware (up to 1047°C) EM-2134, NTBR, and for stoneware (up to 1240°C) MS-29, MS-100, SW-004, or HF-9. Always test first when using other clear glazes. The glaze is food safe in combination with clear glaze. 118 ml.
