AMACO® High Fire Series Glazes are made for stoneware but offer the same vibrant colors as earthenware glazes.

This HF glaze Cone 5/6 (1220–1243 °C) is a glossy clear glaze from Amaco. Apply 1–2 coats using a soft mop or soft fan brush. This transparent, glossy clear glaze contains zinc, which increases the durability of the surface. Zinc may affect certain color pigments. Always test on your clay body and with your chosen underglazes before applying it to your full production.

Apply with a soft brush in 3–4 coats to bisque-fired ceramics.

Fire to Cone 5 (1207 °C) or Cone 6 (1243 °C).
