Description

These wonderful glazes are inspired by antique ceramics. AMACO Celadon glazes are glossy, transparent, and beautifully enhance the textures of the piece. Celadons come in many different shades and are 100% mixable with each other. Stir the jar, apply 3–4 layers with a brush, and fire between 1210°–1230°C. Examples on the website are shown on white clay fired to 1210°C. They can be easily combined with Amaco's other stoneware glazes. 473 ml.

The results in the images were fired in oxidation

Cone 5 = 1184°C (at max 150°C/hour during the last 100°C of firing)

Cone 6 = 1231°C (at max 150°C/hour during the last 100°C of firing)
