Description 

The Crackle glaze series from Laguna accentuates and refracts the light on the ware and is fired at 1210°C. The glaze is applied with a brush in 2-4 layers on the bisque fired stoneware. Crackle glazes are mobile and can run. We recommend a test firing with different thicknesses, on your clay and with your firing curve/temperature to see how the glaze develops. The examples on the website are fired on white clay at 1210°C. The glaze surface is not suitable for food. Due to the proportion of Lithium Carbonate, there may be discoloration on other objects in the kiln. It is recommended to have items with this glaze on a separate shelf during firing. It is only suitable for use with clays that have a low WAK (45 to 56 or COE 4 to 5.6) such as KC-GSSG1112, KC-GSSG1100 or KC-WC-402. 473 ml.
