Description
Plaster bat for the pottery wheel, allowing you to produce multiple pieces in succession and easily lift them off for drying. With Skutt’s Cup Head System, plaster bats can be made easily and cost-effectively using plaster (KC-FGS). The system uses molds to cast your own bats.
The Cup Head System replaces the wheel head and holds the bat in place. Plaster is porous, allowing pots to dry evenly from the base without flipping, and is an economical material for making custom bats.
