Shake DecoArt glass paints thoroughly before use. Clean the surface to be decorated carefully with rubbing alcohol or denatured alcohol to ensure proper adhesion. Apply 1–2 coats using smooth, even brush strokes, allowing the paint to flow naturally across the surface. Avoid overworking the paint during application.

Allow the paint to cure at room temperature for at least 4 days. To make the decorated item dishwasher safe, place it in a cold household oven, heat to 165 °C (330 °F), and bake for 30 minutes. Turn off the oven and allow the item to cool gradually with the oven door slightly open.

The glass paint should not be used on surfaces that come into contact with food or the mouth. The paint is non-toxic but not intended for ingestion.
